A Note About Our Response Time
We aim to respond to all messages as quickly as we can.* Calling or texting us during regular business hours is the best way to reach us. Voicemails left after hours will be returned by our care staff as soon as possible within our hours of operation.
Text messages and emails sent to us outside of regular business hours are returned as soon as time permits by our staff, and are generally responded to within the day. If you would like to contact us after hours, a text message inquiry with your details and location is generally the most efficient way to reach us.
*We will not respond to text messages while driving or during a scheduled appointment.
